Hi folks,

Ahead, we present our astroanalysis, that may shed some light on some market sectors, which may perform well, during 2007 ..... :)

With Jupiter recently making its ingress into its own sign, we can surely count on some BIG events, throughout the 2007 calendar year.

Many speculative ventures should benefit from some positive cycles coming into play, over the next calendar year ... in particular, the gambling and horse-racing industries.

For example, even if there's no takeover, February 2007 should bring some BIG news for both JUM and GLO.

As posted in our overview of 2006, oil prices have pulled back, but in 2007 we can expect more volatile prices, due to Saturn/Neptune oppositions in late-February and mid-June 2007 bringing oil prices down.

Jupiter/Neptune sextiles in mid-March and the end of October '07 should bring us steadily rising prices, with a BIG spike in oil prices most likely, between 29 October and 2 November 07.

HDR is another oiler that should rally, especially about 5-9 January 07.

TEX, a recent ipo, should also show strength, around 15-21 February 07.

Gold - should be buoyant with Jupiter trine Leo through 2007.

With the recent pressure on the US dollar, gold has started to lift again and if that slide in US dollar continues, then more traders should buy into gold, keeping upward pressure on the gold price.

This lift comes, just as Jupiter makes its ingress into Sagittarius, where it is ruler and also trine to Leo, home sign of speculation, including gold !~!

So, until mid-December 2007, there should be some underlying, upward pressure on gold prices.

Other sectors that may perform well in 2007, due to Jupiter/Neptune sextile, include:
˜ Energy sector:
o Oil companies
o Oilfield equipment and drilling services
o Hot-rock power generators

˜ Chemicals sector – may be offset by negative Jupiter/Uranus square(???)
o Agricultural
o Explosives

Pharmaceuticals and hitech sectors ... mixed bag here, as some counters may be offset by negative Jupiter/Uranus square(???), while others will benefit from Jupiter/Neptune sextile.

Veterinary drugs should grow strongly, particularly equine drugs, as Jupiter traverses Sagittarius,

Beer and wine sector should recover, as Jupiter moves away from its previous square with Neptune ... watch FGL on ASX for example, as we look for a strong rally, near the end of January 2007.

Forestry - should be strong, with Jupiter trine Saturn, this year – for example, watch Saturn retrograde cycles for reversals in timber stocks, like TIM on ASX (?)

Long-distance airline carrier and aerospace (defence) sectors should also perform well, with Neptune in an air sign and Jupiter sextile Neptune.

Long-distance railroad specialists should also benefit from Jupiter in Sagittarius, bringing on the "iron horse effect."

Leisure sector should also boom in 2007, including photographics, toys, all sports and gym equipment, as well as hotels, leisure resorts, cruise lines (particularly long-distance).

Casinos and any form of gambling or speculation should thrive in 2007, with Jupiter trine Leo, which has the natural attributes of the 5th house.

Publishing houses should have a good year, especially those who have cut costs, by moving away from hard-copy printing, into electronic publishing. Religious books should be a huge money spinner for established publishers, over the coming year.

Some power producers and water utilities should perform well in 2007, but care must be taken in analysis of these companies, due to hidden explosives

Without doubt, the main focus will be on the speculative end of the stock market, over the next 12 months ..... :)

Some sectors, that may contract or stage a mediocre performance in 2007, may include:

Housing ... with Saturn in Leo, until early-September 2007, house prices are likely to remain flat-to-down particularly on the eastern seaboard of Australia.

Zinc stocks, like ZFX on ASX, a will likely see a slump in the share price, in early-August 2007.

Computer-related stocks and some IT companies may also struggle in the coming year .... TLS on ASX for example should figure well in January 2007, but it will not be until April/May 2008, when TLS should be booming, again.

Many uranium and hitech stocks should come off the boil in 2007.

XJO ... as we have seen recently, there's times when the Aussie market CAN trade on its own merits and 15-21022007 should be a very strong period for XJO, despite any influences of
the US markets.

Geodetically, we can see that both Jupiter and Saturn are in fire signs, so we can probably expect the drought in eastern Australia to continue, with a VERY HIGH danger of severe bushfires and property damage.

Likewise in the USA, we will be alert for some BIG fires, particularly between longitudes 90 degrees and 120 degrees West .... !~!

happy astrostuff
yogi :)
